Yeah, Virgin Blue in Australia used to do something similar in Australia where for one hour each day, they would offer cheap deals on one or two routes.

Doesn't always suit but was always worth keeping an eye on.

It looks as though this is something similar:

    One Offer
    One Route
    Each Friday 12 - 2pm

Unfortunately the 10% only comes off the base fare. Taxes etc. are added in full. For example Dublin, Isle of Man & back is €75.72 on the standard Aer Arann site & €74.72 using Axaplus. You're saving 50c each way on the normal, before tax, €5 fare. Still, better than nothing for the times that are in it, I suppose.
I've used Axaplus for car hire and have got good deals. Also if you're an Axa policholder they do excellent value midweek or weekend leisure breaks. Worth a look.

Booked a couple of flights return from Sligo to Dublin and saved over a tenner.

Depends on the cost of the flight I suppose.

I've used that before.. there's also one for Eircom as well.

10% is good.. but to be honest, a sale could save a good €30 - €40 on a fare so I'd rather that.

But if there's no more sales and it gets closer to the day, I'll probably use that. Ta!

2 return flights are €108.36 right now for the dates I'm going. As usual with Aer Arann, they'll drop closer to the day. I've never paid more than €72 for 2 return flights.
