    Hey.
Anyone studying geology out there. Im in fifth year and I want to become a geologist. So Im trying to get some feedback from some REAL geologist. How do you find the course? Is it tough, and where is the best place to study geology. One of the girls said TCD is the worst, and Id just like to see what everyone else thinks.

    Thanks in advance xxx

I don't think you can study just pure geology in Maynooth. The only way I know to do that is to do a BA in Geography and then go on to do a Masters in Geology. You can choose to take mostly physical geography modules in your undergrad, I'm fairly sure there's a pure geology module in 3rd year but not in first or second..

There's a geography forum here you could try asking in too :)
