Messing around with Stronglifts

    Alright folks,

Been on stronglifts now for nearly 3 months. Made very good progress.

I'm looking to change my routine for more muscle size building. Could I still use stronglifts but change each set to 8-10 reps?

You wouldn't be doing Stronglifts anymore.
    Sorry if that seems pedantic.

You would also (probably) need to use lower weights.

I imagine you would be more likely to stall sooner? You could add a couple of back off sets after the top set of each lift (although that could end up adding a lot of volume). You could just stick with it for another 3-6 months and see how much progress you've made then. After all building muscle doesn't happen overnight

What kinda weights you throwing around after 3 months?

There really isn't any point doing a "volume" routine if your going to be using pathetic weights.
