Dell late delivery

Ordered a laptop a few weeks ago, got an email saying delivery will be on or before the 13, 3 days late now, no replies from emails, 3 phone calls to dell cc, got through to what sounds like India and America, nobody can tell me where my laptop is and I get fobbed off, the status on the website says shipped, for 10 days now, from looking online lots have experienced similar problems, if I had known dell were this bad I wouldn't of bothered with them, I'm a comp sys student in ul and need my new machine pronto, what a joke.... Any one else here Have problems with them, they used be a well run ship when they were based in Limerick Grrrr [/rant]

well, the closest dell call center is in Pakistan lol ... had the same issue with my dell pc.... made in poland, helpdesk in pakistan... no more no dell

got the laptop thursday and by pure chance, was talking a lad in my class, to cut a long story short ! his sister's husband works in interlink in limerick, he rang him, my laptop was there for a week, but they weren't releasing it till part 2 of the order came through, which was my bloody bt mouse, feckers could of rang me at least, so wasn't dells fault in the end, but they need to learn to communicate with INT better, their cc wasnt able help me at all ! so got laptop, now just waiting for the mouse ! happy days
