sky+ issue with bbc 3+4

    Hi
    i have a issue with my new sky+ box, everytime i put bbc3+4 on the info box that comes up (like when you put on any channel) comes on but will stay on for these channels. i hit back-up and it goes but comes back on again! its really annoying. anybody know how to fix this?

    You will need to delete the two channels effected from the list, and then put them back in again by using the add channel feature.

    Crucially you need to do this when both channels are on air, ie after 7pm.
