Iphone 4 32gb Sound Issue

    just received my phone yesterday

    when somebody rings me its great very loud ring tone

    but when i answer it , the volume is very low , ive pressed the buttons on the side and it says up all the way , went into settings and sound and same

    any ideas

    It could well be the earpiece. Not too sure on how to check it out. Probably bring it to where you bought it.

    i dont use head phones if thats what u mean

    and it was an upgrade from vodafone
