Is this normal between say a Meteor store and the Carphone Warehouse? Same phone, same tariff, Meteor store €79.99 (Not a promotion, I asked) and CPW is €129.99.

this is normal. if you really want to buy in one rather than the other see if they can price match for you. otherwise vote with your wallet if the only difference is price
