Ehobby have them, in full wood stock. CAW's M79 does have a plastic barrel, though the rest is metal. King Arms do one, that's about €100 cheaper, which is also available there.

Sorry i wasn't making myself clear I own a CAW m79 I would like to just purchase a replacement metal barrel for it.
