    I'm looking for a shop in Carlow that has good Arts & Crafts supplies. ribbon/card/glues etc.

    Jones' Business Systems have some.
    I think the address is Askea business park.

    And there was an art supply shop in where Murph's is.
    I don't know what that place is called but somebody will tell you soon.
    Its opposite the back entrance to superquinn
