    New roof on ground floor extension, 8 m x 4m, Cost?

    We'll have to replace our flat roof on our ground floor extension.

    What would a rough cost be for a flat roof?

    What would a rough cost be for an A-type roof?

    did something similar 2 years ago(prices mightnt be releveant any more) and it cost €5200 incl 2 velux(worth around €700).

    it was an A roof with a second sloped section over the door,which is at an angle to the side.(this makes sense in my head ! )
