i applied for mine a bit late, in november, but it was paid right away and back dated then.

I know a few poeple who applied for it in july/august, and it was paid to them in october.

they are pretty decent in tipp vec, and the ladies working there are very helpful. ring them and ask if your badly stuck for it, but then again, they might just say wait.
