    From a recruiter's POV, seeing as you have a PhD I probably wouldn't recommend you go back to do a Masters. It's not something we'd see a lot. You're obviously very well-qualified, additional knowledge you'll receive by doing these courses would be industry-tailored, which you could also gain in any job. If you need to do further education, I would try to get this on the job and through employer education schemes.

    My advice would therefore to start looking at jobs. The large CRO's and pharma companies are clearly where you want to target, as they would have roles for all of the areas you mentioned.
