No. The list of places to buy 3V vouchers only show Irish locations.

Noot as far as I know. My brother moved to the Uk and he was told that the machine wouldn't accept an Irish card. This was a while ago though so it may have changed. Give customer service a call.

My friend was also told this when she was over there last month, you could try ringing them as Miaireland suggested adleast then you would know for sure.
