whats the best thing to do/eat/drink after doing exercise where you've overexerted yourself and now feel really weak and dizzy?
Just lye down and drink water?

best bet would be not to get in that habit too often :/ your body is giving you signals as to how much its capable of, any serious side effects such as yours should be taken more seriously, theres training hard and theres training too hard. best preworkout meal is always protein and fast absorbing carbs, same then again afterwards. water is obviously a no brainer too

Avoid any exercise that involves standing up or squatting down quickly especially with weights.

Eat before your workout and keep it to under 1 hour.

There is no such thing as no pain no gain, always trust what your body tells you.
