Problem with squeeking from wheel?

I recently cracked my alloy wheel and while it was getting repaired i used the spare tyre that came with my car (Audi A4) and it was a little smaller than the rest of the tyres the normal tyres are 18 inch this tyre was 15 inch i think?

But since ive put the normal tyre back on there is a lot of squeaking coming from behind the wheel, I think it could be the suspension, Its very noisy especially when i am driving slow and turning a corner,
It sounds like as if the tyre is not on properly and is about to fall off,
I have checked the tyre and its a perfect fit and it never made any noise before

Is there anyway i could fix this?
Any advice would be be greatly appreciated

Check your wheel bearings and suspension bushes.

So you took wheel off again and made sure it was lined up properly?

It's odd that switching tyres like that would cause a lasting problem. Without actually being there I can only guess at maybe a joint, bushing or suspension but it's probably easiest to go to a local mechanic.

Go to a mechanic or GOOD tyre garage as soon as possible. It may just be a brake shield scraping something or it might be more serious.

Jack the car up, spin the wheel by hand and check if it is spinning straight or if you can see it rubbing on anything.
