Can I claim tax back?

Hey all :) Im a student working for the summer earning around 8k for the summer , im being charged PRSI aswell as income levy , ive also worked part time for most of the year , just wondering would I be able to claim any of that tax back? As im a student in full time education. Any help appeciated :)

You can only claim tax back if you have paid tax, not prsi.
Presumably if your employer was giving you the correct credits during the summer, on a cumulative basis throughout the year you would'nt have paid much tax if any thus probably nothing to get back.
