    how do i export them to my laptop

    Surely when u connect your phone to iTunes it asks you do you want to transfer them ??

    have the same problem with some photos/videos, can't seem to sync them to a folder on the laptop.

    Are you using mac ir windows?

    On mac using the photo import application in the applications file.

    On windows, Wait till you've plugged in the device and the pop up will allow you to explore the files, Just drag and drop them to the file you want.

    And on Windows, if you dont get a message pop up, go into Windows Explorer and find you iPhone, click to open etc and copy the files to your laptop in whatever folder you like...
