Home hair red dye, recommendations?

Just want to dye a few strands a strong red, I've dark hair so plummie shades tend to take better. Any suggestions?.

I just used the schwarzkopf live xxl on my hair and I'm really pleased.

I've dark brown hair but the red covered brilliantly

I agree the schwarzkopf live XXL is probably the best home hair dye kit for red hair, I have used it a couple of times on myself over blonde and dark brown and both came out amazing. You could definitely get it in Boots and it's not that expensive
