    anyone been to the new gay night in the slaughtered lamb bar in swords? last fri was the first night....any good?

    I heard it was very good. I know some heads that went. Suburban gay nights are the way forward IMO

    ya, i went last night, was quiet....good wiv the three cute male dancers, otherwise i found it just ok, i suppose i needed a group of mates to go with....early days yet , i suppose....

    Wow.

    Thats all I can say. I grew up in Swords (moved back 2 months ago after being out of it 11 years) and it was very homophobic. The idea of going out to a gay night is kind bizarre to me. Mind you, I'd nearly put my nose in just to give it some support.

    Nice to see this moving this way though, there seems to be a huge body of queer folks living out this way.
