:D hi,just wondering can anyone recommend a good personal trainer from their experience. i am motivated and i enjoy exercise however i hate the gym and it always hurts my back. has anyone used a personal trainer would prefer a lady that will go jogging with me and put me through my paces and give me a decent fitness programme. thank you (dublin area but spend a lot of time in carlow and kilkenny) :)

If it's just motivation you need for running then it might be worth looking for a training partner or joining a running club - cheaper option too! :)
