hi there , i recently had an ISDN line downgraded and have ordered broadband ( live in rural ireland so broadband only recently available in area ) with perlico who are my landline providers , to my surprise on friday , i learned that it will take twenty one working days for my order to go through i was wondering is this…

i was wondering is this typical or is it the case that unless your with eircom , you have to get in line for broadband
