lads there was an post on here a while back for a driven duck shoot.

myself and a couple of lads on here and a few others, 7 in total went today. i think i speak for all who took part that it was some of the most enjoyable shooting that anyone could ask for.

the lads running the shoot were really sound, and as the post said you only pay for the quota of ducks, we had 100 bird quota, at 12.50 a bird there was a 105 tally at the end and they only asked for the quota. (dont worry we made up the difference)

for the first stage the duck were plentyful and both high and low which meant all lads could drop a bird, the second stage was alot more high birds at our request. both novice and experienced guns had a great day there was food at the end and it was delicious.

i managed to film a bit on the hat cam and will post it up asap. but id just like to thank the lads and reccomend it to everyone here.

Great to hear you had such a good time!

This was the shoot I was advertising for a friend a while back. There's still a few days left on this shoot but it's first confirmed booking takes the places. There are places for single guns to parties of 8. There are three shooters coming from Denmark to join us on one of the days.

Looking forward to seeing some of you down there.

    Seoirse

P.s feel free to pm for details

Just to say I went to this shoot on Friday with Arrowloopboy [strange handle!,decent bloke !] Good fun, there was plenty of birds for everybodies ability.
A meal was put up for us in the local pub afterwards.

Thanks to Andy,John and Des. See you again sometime maybe

Well Sika,we would have loved to go back to the pub for the aftermath, but wouldn't chance heading home in darkness as the trailer light's are tempremental, they work one minute and the next you only have one working, it would have been nice to put faces to names,I really enjoyed it and we are going to go again, next time we will have no problem getting 8 lad's together it was great to meet all of you.
