Money taken from PayPal account

    Hi,

    I got an email today saying that a payment of €1,950 has been made to xxx@yahoo.com from my PayPal account, which is the first I heard of it.

    Obviously I rang PayPal immediately but their security office is closed. Must ring them back tomorrow. He said they're investigating the situation and that the payment hasn't gone through as their 'security system' kicked in and prevented the payment from going to xxx@yahoo.com.

    Has this ever happened to anyone else? My PayPal balance is currently €0.00. They better put the money back in or there will be hell to pay.

    was your paypal balance exactly 1950 before this transaction ?

    I'm sure if the payment has been blocked there will be nothing to worry about.
