Relative has had a bogus account setup on behalf of them - What are option?

A cousin of mine has had a false FB account setup by some clown, with some bad stuff up on it apparently. Is there a way the IP address can be traced to find out location of where it was setup from? Is it possible to request that the account is closed?

It won't be possible to track the account.

At the bottom left of the account page there should be a Report This Account button.

Report it directly to FB, this should result in the account being taken down.

I used the report account facility as Aidan mentioned. That was 11 days ago and heard nothing. Spoke with the same relative last night and said he reported it to the Guards at the weekend and it was taken down on Sunday.
