For me it's when I see the dec's out in shops! I just go mad! I have to buy something. I was on a schol tour last year in September it was to something like a bonding day or something. On the way home we stopped off at mahon point and who had to go into Debenhams and bring home a 3ft santa???? ME!!!:):)

your niece starts asking ever so subtle questions like, "Whats you favourite sock colour", whilst in the next breath explaining the benefits to be had from owning the lastest iPhone, you hold you wallet upside down and all that falls out is 68c in loose change, a wad of credit cards reciepts, and the crumpled piece of bar mat on which you drunkenly scrawled the number of the fine bird you met on Micko's stag night in November, a number so indecipherable that it would make the Enigma Code look easy.

Oh, and lets not forget them feck'in forty foot streaks of annoyance in the coca-cola ad :mad:

Your post made me laugh out loud!! I can imagine people on the bus splitting themselves seeing a 3ft santa coming to join them!!

Starting the Christmas shopping in September in a vain effort to beat the Christmas rush, buying 3 presents for the same person, none for half a dozen others and not realise your error until Dec 24th!! -- EVERY YEAR!

despite making a list and even checking it twice:D ah the excitement of it all... I love it!
