I'd just like to show my respect for those who died in the attacks, and all of those who died as a result of the wars that followed. I'd also like to show my sympathy for the families and friends of everyone involved, from the victims to the soldiers that are still out there fighting.

I'd like to suggest we all take a break from the debate for twenty-four hours and use this time to reflect and give thanks for everything we still have, namely our lives.

    Rest in peace.

    Good points well made.
No one who questions what happened that day has ever done so without thinking of those poor people, and as you suggested a nice way to mark the 9th anniversary of their untimely deaths would be to stop the squabbling for the day.

    Glazers Out!

Have to say, it's a weird feeling looking at the footage just before the planes hit the towers, and realizing there are people in the plane about to die :(

This is the 1st part of a documentary about 9/11 from the perspective of two French brothers who had set out to make a documentary about a rookie firefighter in the NYFD.
Instead they found themselves caught up in the life and death drama of 9/11.
They caught the moment the first hijacked airliner was crashed into the WTC and filmed the rescue operation before and after the collapse of the twin skyscrapers.
Both men became separated and feared the other was killed.
I cannot understand why this documentary never got a cinematic release because it truly captures the horror of that terrible day none of us will ever forget.:(
