Unplugged iPod from PC before ejecting

I unplugged my iPod from my PC before ejecting, and then the next time I let it sync it put 60GB in the capacity bar under "Other". When it synced Im sure it said copying files. What should I do to fix this. I tried unsync all my songs off the ipod then back on. How do I format the iPOd? Or is there any other solutions to…

How do I format the iPOd?
