Hello, this is my first time to post on this forum but I read it all the time :D

I would appreciate a bit of advise please.
I'm training for my first half marathon which is the Dublin one next weekend. I've been following Hal Higdons intermediate programme and ran the Frank Duffy 10 mile a fews weeks ago which made me a week ahead of Hal's schedule. This means that I ran 12 miles last week. How long should I do for my LSR this weekend? Should I do 13 miles or take a step back and do say 10 miles?

Take a gentle step backwards. Aim to do 10-11 miles, nice and easy. It'll help you to maintain your fitness, while seeing you nicely recovered to hit the 13.1 miles fully rested. If you can run 12 miles in training, you'll have no bother completing the 13.1 next week. Good luck.
