Treadmill advice

    I am looking to buy a treadmill that would have a 0-0.5kmph start off speed and side handrails that are height adjustable but I can't seem to find one.
    Its for a 6year old child who is due to have surgery and needs the treadmill for rehab purposes.
    Can anyone help - finding it impossible to find one that meets what I need!
