Was looking at the BirdsEye Waffles there awhile ago and seen that on the back. I can't see the weight of a per waffle written on the box anywhere.

Get total weight and divide by how many waffles in the box.

    E.g. A 400g box with 8 waffles means a waffle is 50g.

they lose water during production so weigh less when mixed with the other ingredients and wafflized

you'll see the same thing on a jar of jam

    Fresh potaotes = wet

by the time they reach the waffle making process the spudato has been mashed up and dried out = loss of water weight.
