iPhone syncs Safari bookmarks with iPad?

Have just noticed that if I delete or add a bookmark to Safari on my iPhone it syncs the changes on to my iPad via wifi. Has it always been on or have I enabled something?

Are you a MobileMe customer? Have you enabled bonjour?

MobileMe is the only (native) way to wirelessly sync bookmarks with Safari.
