Eye Palettes

Does anyone know about the eyepallettes from costal scents/BH cometics, there seems to be loads of "fake versions" for a much cheaper, I have a feeling that they all come from the same factory and they are just re branded! Has anyone ordered any of these? I specifically have my eyes on the blush and neutral palettes, they seem to get really good reviews but I am sceptical.

I ordered the 88 color matte palette and the 88 color shimmer palette from coastalscents.com maybe about a year ago. I think they're around 20 dollors or something. They had really fast delivery and they even gave my two loose powder eyeshadow freebies.

The eyeshadows are of very good quality. I would recommend them to anybody. If you find a few colours in the palette that you really like you can also buy them individually.

Hmm... sounds like I work for them... HA! I normally use MAC eyeshadows so I think it says something that I was impressed by coastal scents!

Oh thanks!! Are they the hot pots?? They do all look very pretty!! Now I'm tempted to get a set of individuals, emmmmmmmmmmm

Ha I know the feeling!

I'd say go with one of the 88 palettes first as you'll find colours and shades in there that you never would have normally considered but yet look great on you! That's what I did anyway. The matte palette I find is better than the shimmer palette. It contains matte eyeshadows as well as satin finish eyeshadows, that way you get the best of both worlds. The shimmer palette, although it's very nice, can be a bit too much on the shimmer-tastic scale!

get your self on ebay,there the same palettes and cost alot less. i have the 120 eye one and its good it cost me abt 15 euro with shipping, the 28 blush one is good as well but its very easy to break because there much bigger then the 120 palette

Ye I would defentily get it off ebay, the shipping off Coastal Scents is crazy!!

I think the colour pay off is better on the 120 is better, but the 28 neutral palette is amazing. I have (too many eyeshadows) the 88 matte palette aswell, but quite a few of the colours are duplicates of each other and the payoff isn't as good. I use it when I want to do daytime colourful looks

In any case don't go near Coastal Scents, rip off merchants. Same thing is on ebay for a a quarter the price.
