None of that stuff is required for NCT :)
In fact, have the boot and seats empty and clear of all personal effects :)

    :)

It's wrong to say it's not required for NCT.
It's just not required as car equipment in Ireland.
And as it's not required, NCT can't fail on it.

Answer this.......... is the stuff required for the NCT ? Yes or No ?
If the answer is no than it is not wrong to say it is not required for the NCT.

I wouldn't waste a ban / infraction on you so I'll say no more.

OK sorry, I said it wrong way.
It not required at all, so it's also not required for NCT.

Just the way the question was asked, might have suggested someone, that certain thing might be required only for NCT. And actually many people go by this - f.e. putting legal number plates just for a test, and then back to the shaded ones, etc. That's just wrong.

Requirement for NCT are the same as requirement for the car to be legal on the road.
People should change attitude, and not prepare their cars for NCT, but instead make sure they are prepared everyday just to be legal on the road.
