Anyone know what the bill pay data roaming charges are on Three if traveling to Spain ? Do they have a daily cap like O2 ? There's no information on the website.

I think there's a €50 cap on data. You should find info here.

Been through the website, there's no information. I think the 50 cap means they cut you off when you reach 50, whereas O2 stop charging when you reach 25 but still let you use data.

What I'm really trying to find out is the cost per mb.

I think all operators are required to place a cap of 50€ on roamed data UNLESS the roamer requests otherwise. This is EU legislation in an attempt to obviate the horror bills of yesteryear.

I have never heard of O2.ie not charging you :-)

Really, I recommend that you get a Yoigo SIM for the duration and avoid any bills. (yoigo.es)

O2 charge €5 per mb for first 5mb per day then nothing for 6-50mb

Can't use Spanish sim as phone is locked

Spent 15 mins talking to three and they couldn't tell me. Going to call me back.

    As I understand it, O2 charge a nutty 5mb for the first 4mb, i.e. 20€ and then a laughable "nothing" for the next 46mb. That's 140€ a week.

By comparison, Vodafone charge 99c a day for the same 50mb.
