If theres one college where you learn LOADS of Gaeilge and have the best fun ever, Its Coláiste Sheosaimh in Carna , Co. Galway
I was there last year for my first time in the Gaeltacht and I had barely any Irish going in and when I came out, I could speak it without thinking of a word I just instantly worked around it, Its really great so Coláise Sheosaimh :D

COLÁISTE CÚRAM. It's in Knockadoon, near the Cork\Waterford border.

I can not say enough brilliant things about the place. I've been there twice and looking to return a third time.
They aren't strict. You can use iPods, phones, etc. You can raid other people's houses and you can throw people off the pier into the cold, freezing sea, and the fact is nobody really will care. Until you start speaking English.
The entire focus of the place is simple: get people speaking Irish and keep them that way. Whatever else you do really isn't a problem. People are there to enjoy themselves. Everyone who works there is a volunteer. Everyone stays on-site at the college. So no long walks into the college every day. Good craic is had by all. And everyone will be speaking Irish.
It's a damn hard place to find (they don't advertise and somehow manage to get a college full of around 104 people every year), but there's contact info here.

Ceann Trá, was fantastic I learned a load of Irish but some of the Bean An Tís can be horrible but the majority are sound out.
