What's in the pack?

So, a friend of mine who was accepted into DIT received her letter of acceptance yesterday, with her student ID and pin number. Just out of curiosity, though, what's in the zebra-print pack? She's doing Media Arts.

A DIT pen, DVD, Journal, Fresh Toast (magazine); some laptop offer; a health notice; an introduction letter and I believe that's it.

If you call into Gavin in the Societies Office in the basement of DIT Aungier St - he'll supply you with, not just one, but TWO replacement pens. (Check they they work before you take them away!)

Ehhm - there should have been a Student Diary in there as well.

I never got introduction letter was there anything important in the letter?

Yes I got a diary only I called it a journal, my first pack had a rip in it (shaped like a heart funnily enough) and a cracked pen and then I got another one the next day in perfect nick so now I have two and I said nothing.

I never got one of those packs are they sill being sent out or was I just left out

We'll be sending the packs out to people who got offers on 2nd or 3rd round of CAO once we get the list from the CAO - so probably towards the end of this week. International studnets will be given the pack during their induction on Wednesday in Grangegorman.

If you don't fall into either category and you didn't get a pack, then call down to the Societies Office in the basement in Aungier St and they'll give you a pack.

Does that include advanced entry too, because I never got one.

Or have they already been sent?
