    Hi,

Just looking for a little help with SPSS if possible. I'm looking to do Bland and Altman analysis in spss version 18 but can't seem to be able to find out how to do it anywhere....

    Any help greatly appreciated

You may have more joy with SAS or R for this - a quick google shows a few syntax tutorials.

R is brilliant, it's probably one of the best statistics packages available and it's free. Take your data, put into excel, save as a tab delimited file (.txt) and go nuts in R. Just remember, it's not called Bland-Altman in R though, it's called Tukey Mean-Difference Plot. That link shows you how to do it and there's a load of help websites.
