    I'm thinking of goin to NZ next year to see my sis who is based in Wellington. Just wondering if anyone knows when is the cheapest time to travel/book flights? Was thinking of just going to the USIT office and checking out flights with them or is there another travel agency that anyone would recommend?

    All suggestions/advice greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

    Avoid summer/Xmas/school holidays, most other times cost much of the same.

    USIT are cool, also ebookers.ie were good for me when i came down last.

    check out www.kayak.com and expedia for flights, also air nz website...

    best time to go would be during the summer time, weatherwise it will be good, mid jan to end of feb... also lots of events on around the city during that time, 7s, beerfest, maybe cuba st carnival

    You will love wellington its a great city!!!
