who can turn face?

Yes HHH is returning at some point and will atleast at first be a Face still but long term a heel turn is always talked of. Similarily with Cena people always suggest that he should go heel as they do with Morrison. Even Orton it seems wont go full face as that might fail while Tweener Orton seems to work. That leaves Barett & The rest of NXT , Sheamus, Jericho (soon to be gone), Miz and his MITB, Edge (back to quasi heel after his failed face run) in Raws main event.

This leaves Raw with a load of Heels, people who are better or heels and people if they do change from face to heel more likely better off as heels so who will they face? who could succesfully turn face on Raw in your opinion?

I could see Sheamus making a Face turn. I noticed that when he came out on last nights Raw, there was a bit of a mixed reaction from the crowd. I even thought i heard a bit of cheering (but it's just being Irish wanting him to be loved).
A couple of members of Nexus are sure to turn face - Justin Gabriel for his high flying style and possibly Wade Barrett too.

I can really see the fans turning Miz to a tweener/face over time. Having someone like Barrett to turn on Nexus (to end the group) would give him a face turn but out of anyone in the Nexus, the most likely person to turn face is Justin Gabriel.

I actually think Skip will do very well as a face ala Batista.:)

I can see a couple of the guys BH named in his OP been sent to SD to add some star power when they switch channel. Edge from all accounts looks a cert, Jericho is another one who may follow. Cena will turn heel in the future but as one of the few guys that are bringing in money right now, it won't happen for ages, not should it. Cena turning heel should be a monumental event, not something they toss out at some PPV for the sake of a swerve.:)

On Jo Mo, he needs something at the moment, he's drowning on Raw, a heel turn may gave some him a much needed boost.

    Miz + Face = AWESOME

I think a face turn down the line for Sheamus is in the works of course it depends on how his feud with a returning HHH pans out (*coughs* how he will be feed to Hunter :D)

The is no way Edge should turn face the best option for him is to SD as a heel to feud with Christian

Cena is way too over and popular and a huge merchandise seller to turn heel

Even though it does look like he is leaving :( a face turn could work for Jericho - I was hoping we'd see a feud between him and Miz or him and Barrett

Santino and Mark Henry are pretty over as faces but will they ever get a push

Bryan's feud with the Miz surely is helping get him over as a face

Heath Slater gave him a great push once :p He deserved a world title shot after that surely

Mark Henry was given plenty pushes, generally as a monster heel, over the years but due to complete apathy from everybody, they pusghes never worked.

Re Santino - nice and all as a push for him might sound, his current gimmick has him saddled. I do not think he could ever be taken seriously enough to rise even to IC level again, much less any further than that. They could give him something new, but he will always be the dude who dressed like a chick at WM.

Yeah i liked him too, but when was the last time he held a title? did he ever even hold the US or Intercontinental Title? I can remember him having the European title at one stage alright, but thats about it really. He should be put on to smackdown and go for the IC title, think he would work better there.

He was the ECW Champion not so long ago , but can understand why you would not count this

I'd be more worried about establishing some strong heels tbh.

On Raw you have Cena, Orton and probably HHH as very strong babyfaces, with Daniel Bryan, Morrison, R-Truth and Bourne probably the next 4. The heel ranks are not as established, with Sheamus on top but still not of the very top-level, a lost Edge, plus the very promising Miz and Barrett also there.

Another point I'd make is that, particularly for upper mid-card babyfaces on Raw, the WWE loses interest very quickly. Kofi Kingston is probably the best example of this... If they had sustained his push last year until Royal Rumble and Wresstlemania then they would have a genuine star on their hands right now. More recently Evan Bourne has been a victim of this.

Couldnt Henry be like the way Big Show is currently on SD on
Raw :D Anyways what about R-Truth another guy so far kinda lost since the draft despite the potential of a feud with Ted Jnr which never really happened - why was that again

Well I can't see wayne76 turning face on this forum anytime soon....

Does anyone know what the story with Christian is at the mo? Is he a face now?

Christian is face at the moment

Christian is a face on Smackdown right now yeah.

The question should be, who on the roster right now has never been a face? Sheamus is one of very few.

I think anyone on the roster can be a face right now, and the only guy I can think of in the last 5 years who I can't imagine being a face is JBL (dont say bradshaw - different character)

I can't see Seamus doing a face turn this far in surely? Triple H is booking him as the mega monsterrrr heel Trips once was. Would anyone really care about Seamus if he was a face? He'd have to change his whole persona from growly Batman Dark Knight voice to a happier more pleasant one. Didn't work for Brock Lesnar years ago...

Given him and HHH are known to be good friends backstage I highly doubt that even if HHH wins it has any chance of it being a stature damaging series - Sheamus is still gaining status by being in programmes with the established main eventers, so a return HHH match will just be solidification of his place at the top table.

He's been booked as anything but a monster heel in all fairness, his only only pinfall victory during this title reign has been a one move squash of Zack Ryder!

I think there's hints in the 50 hail mary's stuff and indeed in his appearence and demeanour that down the line that the audience would be willing to buy him as a good guy, but that shouldn't be for some time yet so relatively speaking it's moot.
