    Imagine's 7 Day Cooling Off Period Or Change Of Mind and their €100.00 Euros
    Installation Fee for an External Antenna

    I have ordered same.

    1/. When does the 7 Day Cooling Off Period Start? according to Imagine it starts when I receive their "Welcome Pack" in the post I have not received that yet.

    2/ Will the €100.00 Euros plus €50:00 Euros Activation Fee be Refundable in the event the Wimax does not perform as expected?.
