want to /need to lose 5lbs in 3 weeks!!

    Hi,

    I am attending a wedding at the end of the month and have been off from the gym due to an injury since the end of January. I returned last night and have only put on 2lbs in the months I've been off but I would like to lose between 3lbs and 5lbs by the end of the month. I guess the usually eating healthy and continue exercise is the key.

    For breakfast this morning I had 3 weetabix and a coffee, and lunch will either be ham/lettuce/cucumber on brownbread or soup - haven't decided yet!! I know I should probably cut out the bread but I don't eat white bread, I do eat a lot of yogurts the glenisk blueberry ones.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    That's easily done, -500 calories a day.

    Wouldn't I be starving if I ate that small an amount? I would have imagined there is a healther way.

    that's minus 500 from whatever you eat a day,that's perfectly healthy.
    I'm just waiting for the 3000 word reply to your dilemma from some overly concerned nice person to appear .

    the dress fits no problem, just wanted to lose between 3lbs and 5lbs going as I know I'll probably put that amount on when I go there as its a wedding abroad so we'll be there for a week.

    Losing 3-5 pounds in a month should be no problem at all with healthy eating. You probably wont even go hungry. Have a read of the stickies.
