That spelling looks all wrong. Anyhoo what I mean is what shops have the most comfy shoes? I live for comfort but I also like a bit of style too. I know that River island for example have the most agonising shoes ever (even though they're gorgeous). New Look aren't bad but I want REALLY good quality boots that will last. Any ideas?

I got a gorgeous pair of brown ankle boots from Clarke's (Clark's?) last year; they look great under jeans or with skirts and tights, I'm so happy with them! I haven't been there in a while but I'd definitely check them out if comfort is what you're after :)

agree one hundred and ten percent! Clarks are very comfy! They have lovely pumps, which is what i usually stick to,but looking at their website, they have some lovely boots for winter. I have small feet, and they do 3 and half sizes, which is what first caught my eye to them!

Are irregular choice really that comfortable? They always look amazing but the heels on them don't seem too foot-friendly...!

Thanks all! Would Clarks be good quality? Like would they last? I always thought of Clarks being a bit grannyish but I'll definitely investigate.

Anywhere else? I remember buying a gorgeous pair of boots in Next before for 110 euro but I wore them so much they fell apart after about 4 months! Surely good boots should last longer than that!!

I find Irregular Choice shoes incredibly uncomfortable personally!

Clarks is your only man, definitely. The shoes are soooo comfortable and they've got some gorgeous stuff in at the minute. Great quality shoes also, they're designed to last.

Paul Green in Arnotts, Henry street.

They're like wearing butter on your feet.

I have 3 pairs and never had to wear them in even though I have annoyingly wide feet with no arches.

Gabor are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Have 5 different pairs!
They fit like a glove from day one.
