We have a digital tv that can play freeview however it cant pick up a couple of stations. we also have a digital dvd recorder. It can pick the stations. So if the dvd recorder can pick them up shouldnt the tv? They are recieving the picture from the same aeiral?

Another question: can a tv get out of sync?

Where are you located and what stations are you missing? What model tv do you have?

Are you referring to the audio and video being out of sync with each other on the tv or the tv programme on one tv being out of sync with another tv?

It might be the cable you have coming from your DVD player to your TV try changing it, it might be poor quality you see your aerial goes to your dvd player first before it goes to your TV (loop through)

What you can do is take the cable out of your DVD players in put and put it in your TV like by pass your DVD player to see if you get the channels you are missing

worth a try and take it from there then
