What do the initials NTA really stand for?

You know the way GWR stood for God's Wonderful Railway, and DS&ER stood for Dirty, Slow & Easy and, of course, CIE Can Ireland Endure and many others.

Given their recent nonsensical decision regarding the South Wexford railway perhaps NTA stands for No Trains Allowed? Any better suggestions.

Am I actually on the C&T forum? By now shouldn't some "moderator" who offers absoluetly nothing to the group in terms of discussion have barged in by now to lock the thread, implement a few ad-hoc bannings and then shuffle off to somewhere else?
