contacting UPC management

Hey,
Anybody know where I could find email addresses for management in UPC?
Am sending them a complaint but dont just want to send it to their 'customer services', want to include the 'head of customer services' if possible.
Try and get an actual response.

You might get a reply in the Cable Forum. UPC has nothing to with Satellite tv systems.

Writing a letter is better than email.

Follow the formal complaints procedure detailed in their customer charter. Be sure to ask for the reference number (different to the email case number you get in the auto reply) in your first email to them. You should set out clearly what your complaint is and suggest resolutions that you'd be happy with. Be precise, and save the ranting/abuse to increase the chances of it being read thoroughly. You have various levels of escalation if you don't get a satisfactory response.
