    i have a sore left shoulder and forearm from heavy weight training about 6 months, i cant lift heavy any more partically bench press shoulder press etc because it gets really painful, i also have a sore right shoulder but not as bad, i have took anti-flamurtarys but dont really work , i dont really want to go doctors ,do you think it might heal itself ,would steriod injections into the shoulder help im 34 and want to get back to my weight training before im to old i have been lifting 12 years any advice welcome :D:mad:

    A physio or a doctor would help.
    An internet forum cannot.

    The only valid advice you will get here is go to a physio.

    as d'oracle said a gp or physio is the correct line to follow
