Other channels on Sky+HD

    I've just cancelled my Sky sub and am using the Sky box as a FTA receiver until I get in a new system. The Sky+ box has all the other channels still available, but my Sky+HD box tells me to insert my Sky viewing card in order to watch them. I've tried deleting them all, and retuning them, and unplugging the box to reset, but it doesn't seem to work. It's only Channel 5 that's missing from the EPG now, so probably not that big a deal, but is this normal for Sky+HD boxes?

    Reset any parental controls you have,remove card and plug box out and in again.You should now have UK epg and no need for card.Five is the only channel you have to view in 'other channels'.

    Yeah, that's what I've done, but I can't access 'Other Channels" to watch Five on the +HD box.
