    I am curious to know if legal highs are also banned in Northern Ireland?

    The UK actually does have headshops - including NI.

    Some substances were banned before they were here, but then we went a step further.

    So basically, yes - the next time yr up in Asda, you can stock up on legal highs that will become illegal once you leave the 6 counties.
