Got one yesterday. Easy enough to get it to recognise the TV and DVD player (both Philips). Will try getting it to recognise the upc box over the weekend. Happy enough so far with it.

I got one of those remotes. Have spent the last 3 hours tuning the TV, DVD, Sky+(due for out on 14/9/10) & UPC Digital +. The learn function is pretty good. All the items except the UPC stb respond quickly. I find you have to press a button a couple of times to get a response From that box. May come fully right eventually:)
