    Hi Guys,

I am posting this just to vent. I have so much going on at the moment between college, work, moving apartment and charity work. There are so many demands on me I feel like my head is going to explode. None of these are bad things in my life in fact very good and usually I enjoy them. It just feels like everything has to be done now, now, now and I am getting stressed. On top of that I have 2 other big events coming up and I am just wondering how I am going to get through it all. As i said all of these are positive things, but I am so stressed about getting everything done/sorted i am forgetting to enjoy them. My mind is racing at a hundred miles an hour,I am so distracted i am making silly mistake. Any advice on how to deal. To be honest i am feeling a little overwhelmed. I trying to stop myself freaking out.

    thanks for reading!

Take tea breaks. Seriously. No matter how busy you are take ten minutes during the day to sit down and chill out and not think about everything. Youll cope better.

And make lists of all the things you have to do. Tick them off as you go. Seeing the list being whittled down is good for your head, and will keep you organised and on target.

+1 breaks are very important in stressfull situations.

Slow down. Breathe. Take a short stroll on your break. Like above make a list and tackle it one at a time, if you get stuck move on to another and leave the stuck part till later. Open a window, cool air actually helps to cool you down.
